Zaid M. Belbagi

Zaid M. Belbagi (MSt. Oxon.) is the first Moroccan to complete the Oxford University Foreign Service Programme and a co-founder of OxGAPs. As Managing Partner at Hardcastle Advisory, he is an adviser to government clients and an expert on soft power. The comprehensive report was completed under the supervision of Dr. Adeel Malik, Globe Fellow in the Economies of Muslim Societies, and in consultation with world-renowned soft power experts Jonathan McClory and Professor Simon Anholt.
